Day 1: in search of a career
I'm with all of you out there. This economy has taken its toll on our abilities to land careers. I will keep you posted on my journey to a career in writing, fashion and social media. I will not STOP but continue to push forward.
Today, I went to my day job. Time seemed to take its precious time. When I drove home I picked up Taco Bell. Hey! Don't hate, it's quick and cheap. I am on a budget you know.
When I finally walked through the front door, I was exhausted and extremely hungry. I settled in and watched Bad Girls Club. Please tell you me you find an awkward comfort in watching reality TV? The show gave me an opportunity for relaxation and entertainment before I hoped on my best friend, my beau's notebook... Did I mention I'm in search of a 'handy dandy' notebook myself? Anyway, I'm on Twitter right now checking the jobs that others have posted. Lets see if any are intriguing.

Advice #1
Issue:
You want to celebrate V-Day but your single.
My opinion:
Honestly, you place too much pressure on yourself for this hallmark holiday. Truth be told, if you're single on the 14th of February, chances are, you were probably single New Years Eve too. However, you somehow still had fun? Didn't you? I sure hope so, because Valentines Day should provide you with an excuse to buy yourself chocolates and watch movies or like me go bowling. Why limit yourself to a couples dinner?
Rebel and do whatever puts a grand smile across your delicate face. Try reading a book, or getting a relaxing massage, just because you are in love with non other than, you! Make the day memorable don't let the day make you...miserable.

When was the last time you went to the library?
I was thinking that myself but fortunately for me there's one right down the street. I'm headed there right after I leave, why you ask? Because knowledge I power and helpful...I can use both. It seems all we do is work work work and for now I want to be a bit of a nerd. I want to smells old books and see paper stacks.
Which brings up the question do you prefer books (the real thing), or an e-reader? I think they both are great and have tremendous benefits to both, but there's nothing like turning the page. Wish me luck I'm off to the Building of Knowledge.

Book of Eli
If you didn't rush to the theatre to see this movie maybe you should have and you still need to give it a chance. It's a great role for Denzel, who plays the vulnerable Eli, who has a mission to accomplish. It's a breath of fresh air given his typical roles tend yo display tremendous valor.
Mila Kunis play Solaras. She's in search of life and a passion. As the movie progresses you fall in love with her, particularly with her fashion sense. Solaras rocks sickening sunglasses, dark skinny jeans and rugged boots with a casual militant jacket. Inevitably, she has her own runway in the middle of what looks like a highway. Go girl, go!
The ending is meaniful, and makes you want to read. However, the last segment of the film is a tid bit dramatic. Overall, I say watch THIS MOVIE.
